Brazil Cerrado Natural
Overview
This Regional lot from the Cerrado Mineiro plateau represents the classic profile of high-quality Brazilian naturals. Produced by seasoned growers within this renowned savanna ecoregion, the coffee underwent a traditional natural process to enhance its inherent sweetness. We tasted a heavy, chocolatey structure defined by deep notes of dark chocolate and toasted walnut, balanced perfectly by a rich brown sugar finish. It is an exceptionally consistent lot, designed for professionals seeking a reliable, high-bodied component for espresso blends or a comforting single-origin experience.

About Cerrado
Cerrado is a vast tropical savanna ecoregion of Brazil, particularly in the state of Minas Gerais. It was the first coffee-producing region in Brazil to receive a "Designation of Origin" (DoO) status, ensuring high standards of quality and traceability. The topography is relatively flat, allowing for efficient mechanized harvesting. The climate is characterized by well-defined seasons: a wet summer and a dry winter, which is ideal for the natural processing of coffee. Cerrado coffees are globally recognized for their nutty, chocolaty profiles and creamy body.
