    Colombia Grape

Colombian honey processed coffee infused with grapes presents a unique and delightful combination that brings out the best of both worlds. The honey processing method enhances the coffee's natural sweetness and body, as the sticky mucilage is left on the beans during fermentation, resulting in a smooth, rich flavor. When infused with grapes, this coffee takes on a fruity aroma that bursts with notes of ripe, juicy berries, adding a vibrant complexity to each cup. The bright acidity of the coffee pairs beautifully with the sweet, tart flavors of the grapes, creating a refreshing and lively brew that dances on the palate.

    The Process

This coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on. During this fermentation stage, grapes were added. The cherries were then pulped and placed to dry on raised beds until ideal moisture content was achieved.

    The Region

Quindío, nestled in the heart of Colombia's Coffee Triangle, is renowned for its exceptional coffee growing conditions. Its lush landscapes, characterized by steep hills and fertile volcanic soil, provide an ideal environment for cultivating Arabica coffee beans. The region's moderate climate, with consistent rainfall and ample sunshine, fosters the slow ripening of coffee cherries, enhancing the beans' flavor complexity. Coffee cultivation in Quindío is marked by meticulous attention to detail, from sustainable farming practices to traditional harvesting methods, ensuring the production of high-quality beans coveted by coffee enthusiasts worldwide. This picturesque region not only yields exquisite coffee but also offers visitors a glimpse into Colombia's rich coffee culture and breathtaking natural beauty.
