    Colombia Strawberry

Colombian honey processed coffee infused with strawberry offers a delightful and vibrant flavor experience that celebrates the sweetness of ripe strawberries. The honey processing technique enhances the coffee's natural sugars, resulting in a smooth, full-bodied cup that serves as the perfect canvas for the fruity infusion. With each sip, you are greeted by the lush aroma of fresh strawberries, which envelops your senses and adds a burst of brightness to the rich coffee notes. The sweet, juicy flavors of the strawberries meld seamlessly with the coffee, introducing a tantalizing acidity that balances the brew beautifully.

    The Process

This coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on. During this fermentation stage, strawberries were added. The cherries were then pulped and placed to dry on raised beds until ideal moisture content was achieved.

    The Region

Quindío, nestled in the heart of Colombia's Coffee Triangle, is renowned for its exceptional coffee growing conditions. Its lush landscapes, characterized by steep hills and fertile volcanic soil, provide an ideal environment for cultivating Arabica coffee beans. The region's moderate climate, with consistent rainfall and ample sunshine, fosters the slow ripening of coffee cherries, enhancing the beans' flavor complexity. Coffee cultivation in Quindío is marked by meticulous attention to detail, from sustainable farming practices to traditional harvesting methods, ensuring the production of high-quality beans coveted by coffee enthusiasts worldwide. This picturesque region not only yields exquisite coffee but also offers visitors a glimpse into Colombia's rich coffee culture and breathtaking natural beauty.
