We tasted a vibrant sensory profile defined by bright cherry fruitiness, the subtle nuttiness of almond, and a delicate floral finish reminiscent of coffee blossom. About Guji

The Guji region, located in the Oromia zone of southern Ethiopia, has gained international acclaim for its unique and complex coffee profiles. Characterized by dense semi-forest vegetation and high altitudes, the region provides a nutrient-rich environment for coffee cultivation. The volcanic soil and distinct microclimates result in coffees known for their intense floral aromatics and bright, citrusy acidity. Guji was formerly categorized within Sidamo but is now recognized as its own distinct coffee-producing region due to its singular cup quality and traditional farming practices.
