تعرف على المنتج

Adrian Armero, is a specialty coffee producer. He currently lives in the village of Sauce in the municipality of Union Nariño. He is the third generation in coffee production and the second in specialty coffee. Since his childhood, he accompanied his father (him) in coffee production, and 15 years ago, he started the production of specialty coffee with his father (him). They work the farm with his father (him), his wife (who is a coffee taster), and his son (who is 6 years old and whom they are teaching the beautiful coffee culture). He (Adrian), his father (him), and his wife like to experiment with coffee. They started doing trial and error tests in order to produce new flavors. Initially, they divided each variety (Colombia, Bourbon, and Geisha) and experimented with natural processes.

المنطقة

Nariño, located in the southwestern corner of Colombia, stands out as a premier coffee growing region renowned for its exceptional Arabica beans. Blessed with high altitudes ranging from 1,800 to 2,300 meters (5,905 to 7,546 feet) above sea level, Nariño benefits from cool temperatures and ample sunlight, ideal for slow coffee cherry maturation and flavor development. The region's volcanic soils add a unique mineral richness to the coffee, enhancing its distinctive profile with notes of fruitiness and floral aromas. Nariño's commitment to sustainable farming practices and meticulous harvesting methods further ensures the production of top-tier coffee sought after by enthusiasts and specialty markets worldwide.
