1. Introduction and Agreement
Welcome to Alfanoos International Limited ("Alfanoos," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the alfanoos.com website and all associated services, including the procurement of green coffee.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is exclusively between Alfanoos and professional business entities (Roasters, Traders, and registered Commercial Operators).
2. User Accounts and Verification
a. Professional Use: The Alfanoos platform is intended solely for business-to-business (B2B) procurement of green coffee.
b. Account Registration: To access pricing, inventory levels, sample requests, and place orders, you must register a professional account.
c. Verification: All accounts are subject to mandatory verification by Alfanoos. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account based on our internal commercial criteria, and to request additional documentation at any time.
d. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
3. Pricing, Orders, and Payment
a. Price Visibility: Pricing, quantities, and order placement functionality are only accessible to verified partners. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed in writing.
b. Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the platform are subject to acceptance by Alfanoos. An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance until payment and logistics arrangements are finalized.
c. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Orders are subject to minimum quantities specified for each Lot, as detailed on the product page.
d. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be established upon verification of your account and specified on the final invoice. Non-payment may result in order cancellation and suspension of platform access.
4. Quality and Product Specifications
a. Product Data: Alfanoos strives for the utmost transparency. All Lots are accompanied by physical data, processing information, and professional cupping scores.
b. Sample Evaluation: We highly encourage partners to request and evaluate samples prior to placing a full order. Acceptance of an order constitutes acceptance of the Lot's quality and specifications as sampled.
c. Quality Guarantee: Our guarantee is limited to the Lot meeting the quality specifications and cupping score confirmed at the time of sale.
5. Shipping, Risk, and Delivery
a. Logistics: Alfanoos manages logistics, including warehousing and delivery, as detailed in our service agreements.
b. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the partner upon final delivery at the agreed-upon location, as defined by the terms on the invoice (e.g., Ex-Works, FOB, or Delivered at Place).
c. Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Alfanoos is not liable for delays caused by customs, external logistics partners, or force majeure events.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, design, logos, and digital tools on the alfanoos.com website are the exclusive property of Alfanoos International Limited and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use of our intellectual property without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alfanoos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or the products purchased, except where expressly prohibited by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the specific Lot giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah.
9. Changes to Terms
Alfanoos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date will be posted at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
