Test Product for eCommerce Colombia Tolima Lorena Natural
Overview
This exceptional Regional selection from the heart of Tolima showcases the vibrant potential of Colombian viticulture. Through a meticulous natural process, the cherries undergo a slow drying period that intensifies the inherent sweetness of the fruit. The cup opens with a deep, comforting foundation of rich brown sugar, providing a syrupy base for more complex layers to emerge. Concentrated notes of dried fruit add a jammy depth, reminiscent of raisins and sun-dried figs. This sweetness is perfectly countered by a sparkling lemon zest finish, which provides a refreshing clarity and a clean, lingering aftertaste. With a heavy, mouth-coating texture and a balanced, integrated brightness, this coffee represents a harmonious profile that highlights the traditional characteristics of the region while maintaining a modern, fruit-forward complexity throughout.

About Tolima
Tolima is one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee-producing departments, located in the heart of the Andes. The region is characterized by its high altitudes and rich volcanic soil originating from the Nevado del Huila and Tolima volcanoes. These conditions, combined with distinct wet and dry seasons, create an ideal environment for slow cherry maturation, resulting in high sugar concentration and complex acidity. Tolima coffees are frequently recognized for their balance, medium to heavy body, and pronounced sweetness.
