Overview
Produced by the award-winning Wanoja Coffee group in the highlands of West Java, this Extended Natural lot represents the pinnacle of Indonesian specialty innovation. Led by founder Hj. Eti Sumiati, the group utilizes a meticulous 45-day fermentation period followed by 21-28 days of sun-drying to achieve its unique profile. We tasted a complex cup with a vibrant tropical character, featuring intense notes of grape and pink guava, supported by a structured almond finish. This coffee's refined acidity and elegant body reflect the sophisticated processing standards of a farm that secured 2nd place in the 2021 Cup of Excellence Indonesia.

About West Java
West Java, historically known as Preanger, is the heart of Indonesia's specialty coffee resurgence. The region’s volcanic geography, particularly around the Kamojang area, provides nutrient-dense soil and a temperate climate ideal for slow cherry maturation. The Wanoja group, specifically based in the Ibun District of Bandung Regency, has become a benchmark for quality in the region, focusing on sustainable agribusiness and community empowerment for its 75 members.
