Overview

Produced in the renowned Mogiana region of Brazil, this lot represents a classic expression of the area's high-quality output. We tasted a chocolate-forward profile anchored by the sweetness of brown sugar and the toasted complexity of walnut. The natural processing delivers a creamy texture and a balanced, heavy structure. This coffee is an excellent selection for professionals seeking a consistent, approachable, and versatile component for blends or a solid single-origin offering that emphasizes traditional Brazilian characteristics.

Named after the Companhia Mogiana de Estradas de Ferro railway, the region is characterized by rolling hills and a climate perfectly suited for coffee cultivation. The soil is rich and fertile, producing beans known for their sweetness, medium body, and low acidity.
