Overview

Hambela Buku Natural represents the peak of Ethiopian specialty coffee, sourced from the high-altitude landscapes of the Guji Zone. We tasted a vibrant, fruit-forward profile characterized by exotic coconut sweetness and crisp apple acidity, supported by a sophisticated Earl Grey tea finish. The high elevation of over 2,000 meters ensures a dense bean structure and a complex sensory experience. This lot reflects the meticulous care taken during the natural drying process on African beds, resulting in a clean, elegant cup that honors its micro-regional heritage.
